How can I upload my works to the website?
To upload your works to our platform, you need to:
1. Register
2. Confirm your email address
3. Fill in the personal information section
4. Upload a profile photo (avatar)
5. Go to the Gallery section, choose the category in which you want to purchase placement, select the number of squares you want to buy, and choose the duration of the placement
6. After payment, upload your works to the available fields
7. Your uploaded works will then go through the moderation process. This usually takes no more than 72 hours
8. If moderation is successful, your works will be published on our platform.
What kind of works can be uploaded?
You can upload any artistic and creative works. The platform performs basic content moderation. The following materials are not allowed for publication:
• Calls for violence or extremism
• Terrorist propaganda
• Drug-related content or promotion of drug use
• Pornographic or explicitly sexual content
• Any other materials that violate applicable laws
• Advertising or spam materials

What are the recomendations for high-quality uploads?
Requirements need to be followed for successfully uploading are:
• Image formats can be accepted: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, webp, svg
• Audio formats can be accepted: mp3,m4a,ogg,wma,aiff,flac,mp4
• Max image size can be accepted: 10MB
• Max audio size can be accepted: 50MB

How does the moderation process work?
After uploading any information to your profile (Description, contact information, avatar, uploaded works), it undergoes a basic review by the site administration. This usually takes no more than 72 hours. If the information does not violate the platform's rules, the uploaded information will be posted on the site.
Basic moderation:
1. Audio tracks are not checked for plagiarism (Works are removed in case of complaints from copyright holders)
2. Music that call for violence, extremism, terrorism, drug use, as well as works with sexually explicit materials and other materials that violate the law, are not allowed to be published.

How are my rights protected and how can I be sure the works on the site are authentic?
Copyright on World Music Atlas always remains with the creator. By uploading music, users do not transfer ownership — they only grant permission for the platform to display the content.
During submission, users confirm that they are the author or have the legal right to publish the material. We record the uploading account and publication date and create a digital record of posting that helps confirm first publication on the site.
If a rights holder reports a violation, they may submit a notice under our Copyright Policy (Safe Harbor). After review, we promptly remove infringing content and may restrict the violating account.
World Music Atlas is a showcase for music, not a rights-transfer service.
What happens if I change my profile photo, profile information, or uploaded works?
In case of any information change in the profile, your profile is sent to moderation, temporarily hidden from all sections (except if you have changed works in one category, then it is temporarily hidden in this category). In case of successful moderation process, your works will be displayed again on the platform. Usually moderation process takes no more than 72 hours.

How can I cancel my placement on the website?
To remove your profile from the website, you need to contact support via the feedback form in the Contact Us section. Please note that the paid amount is non-refundable in case of early termination of placement.
